Services Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Goods

HomePaws is a pet super app in the making. During the current service phase, no physical goods are shipped. All bookings are for in-person services delivered at your specified location by HomePaws's trainers and partner providers.

2. Service Delivery Model

Bookings are fulfilled by HomePaws's trainers and partner providers who visit your home at the date and time confirmed in your booking. The service area for each programme is displayed before booking.

The confirmed delivery address is the address you provide at the time of booking. Ensure this is accurate — the assigned trainer or provider will travel to this specific location.

3. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via:

  • Email to your registered email address.
  • SMS to your registered phone number.
  • In-app notification in the HomePaws app.

The confirmation includes the provider's name, the scheduled date and time, and the confirmed service address.

4. Service Area

Home visits within 14 km of CV Raman Nagar — Indiranagar, Domlur, Koramangala, HSR, Marathahalli, Whitefield, MG Road, and nearby. The exact service area for each booking is displayed before you confirm.

Do not book if your address falls outside the listed service area. HomePaws will not be responsible for service non-delivery due to an address outside the confirmed coverage zone.

5. Scheduling Window

Bookings are typically scheduled within 1–7 days of payment, subject to provider availability. Available time slots are shown in real time during the booking flow.

6. Delays and Rescheduling by Provider

If a provider needs to reschedule a confirmed booking, you will be notified via SMS and in-app notification as soon as possible. You may accept the new time, request an alternative slot, or cancel for a full refund per our Cancellation Policy.

7. Future: Physical Products

HomePaws may add physical pet products in a future phase. At that time, this policy will be updated to include shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery terms, and you will be asked to re-accept the updated policy before placing a product order.
